This may be the nicest, most thoughtful house we have ever used, and we have rented many! It was easy to find, accessing the house couldn't have been easier, and it was just beautiful inside and out. The main room had plenty of seating and a large TV. There were plenty of bedrooms (loved the large beds for everybody) and bathrooms, and we enjoyed using the pool table and hot tub. The host went beyond in that there were some snacks and drinks provided, and the master bathroom even had toothbrushes, etc.… available if something was forgotten. The large back yard enclosed with trees was so relaxing and quiet, and the walk to the pier was short and scenic. Several outdoor seating areas added to our enjoyment. The house is close to a cute town with a grocery store, shops, and restaurants, and about an hour's drive to Chattanooga. We did not need to contact the host at all; everything was perfect and instructions were clear. We would love to return and spend more time here!

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. The house was amazing. Absolutely beautiful home and location. The house was stocked with everything you could think of...extra air mattresses, extra sheets, towels and blankets, all baby needs, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, coffee, laundry detergent, etc. I could go on and on. It was very refreshing to walk into a home that had everything we needed even if we didn't realize we would need it. On top of all that, the beds were so comfortable.… Best rental we have ever stayed at.In addition, the amenities were fantastic. Pool table downstairs, hot tub, scavenger hunt for the kids, s'mores kits, fire wood, golf cart for trips down to the lake, etc. I wish I could remember all of the special touches this home had because I just don't fee like I am doing justice to this place.Add in the dock and all the fun we could have down by the water and this place is a must visit again! Kayaks, paddle boards, noodles, fishing poles, fridge for our drinks, life vests in all sizes and on and on. The lake is absolutely gorgeous and so fun to play around in. Wish we had more time to spend down there. Location of this house is perfect for those who and are traveling to both East and West Tennessee. Getting in touch with the owner was super easy and she was very helpful. Instructions for the house and rules are easy to access and every room had the wifi information in it. Bottomline, don't pass this house up!

We could not ask for a nicer place to stay for our vacation. This gorgeous lakeside property was an absolute dream for our entire family, spanning ages from 3 to 60. The house was fully stocked with excellent kitchen supplies and so many unexpected extras. The hosts truly thought of everything, even leaving welcoming snacks and treats for us. The bathrooms were packed with little necessities in case anyone forgot something from home.… We also had plenty of fresh towels for the bathrooms, the hot tub, and all our lake adventures. Outside, the dock setup was amazing, and using the kayaks was so much fun for everyone. We absolutely loved the clever scavenger hunt they organized too. Our whole family had an amazing time, and we highly recommend this wonderful property!

Amazing lake home! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Kitchen well appointed with cookware, bakeware, all the gadgets. Outside porch area with TV so quiet and comfortable, cool breeze all day. Yards surrounded by trees so felt very private. Firewood stocked for fire pit. So many nice touches all around, welcome snacks…. Beach towels and hot tub towels, everything thought out so well. We had 11 adults & 2 children under 2 years old. To say that this house had everything would be an understatement. To say that our hosts, Beth & Rob are absolutely terrific, would be an even greater understatement. Let me start by saying that this house had everything we needed, EVERYTHING! Fully stocked kitchen with every appliance you can think of, including a standalone ice maker.… There were laundry supplies, BBQ supplies, spices, seasonings, a ton of plates, pots & pans, coffeemaker with K-Cups & ground coffee! There's a golf cart to use to go to the dock to take in views of the lake & catch fish or just sunbathe. There is fire pit, supplies for smore's, & even bug repellant. However, what makes this house a worry-free rental are the hosts. Beth & Rob communicated from the moment we got booked. We had some very minor repairs, & they were there within the hour. I made a pest of myself with my messaging, but they respond immediately with a "No Problem" & "Thank You". RESERVE!

We had an excellent stay at North Ridge Escapes. It was just that - the perfect escape for our group visiting for a few days. It was just as pretty & well-kept as the pictures. Host was very responsive and helpful and clear instructions on check-in & check-out procedures. We did not use any of the lake amenities but did get a few pictures of the pretty view. Fire pit, golf cart & Hot Tub added bonuses as were the many large decks/porch/patio areas with ample seating.… One thing to note it is near the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant that was visible from the pier area. That was unexpected, but no issues of course being so close, but noteworthy. Cannot see it from the house. Very private feel to home & backyard area surrounded by nature. Home was very comfortable and had all we could’ve asked for. Even had s’mores snacks available for us. Definitely would book again for a large party should the need arise. My family stayed here when they were in town for my wedding. They loved it! Great family stay. The layout of the house is great too! With the master and a main on one floor and three bedrooms downstairs, it made it great for hosting a big family and everyone having their own corner of the house when it was time for bed. We loved the lake, even though it wasn’t lake season, still enjoyed the dock.
