Creating Space for What Matters Most
North Ridge Escapes began in 2018 when we decided to give hosting a try with the Hidden Gem Lakeside Retreat. What started as one home on the water quickly became something we loved, curating spaces where families and friends could step away from everyday life and enjoy meaningful time together.
A few months later, we purchased and renovated our first property in Chattanooga. Then 2020 brought unexpected uncertainty and, with it, a renewed appreciation for something we had already begun to see through our guests: time together with the people we love is worth making space for.
That belief became the heart of North Ridge Escapes. As humans, we were designed by our Creator to be in relationship with one another. We were made for moments together!
Over the next several years, we didn’t simply add more properties. We thoughtfully designed and built five homes from the ground up, completed the build-out of the Lofty Dream, and later added and reimagined Urban Overlook and Scenic Sky Retreat.
With every home, we’ve chosen to invest in the details — thoughtful design, quality furnishings, comfortable mattresses and linens, well-equipped kitchens, inviting gathering spaces, and the little extras that make arriving somewhere new feel easy.
Our goal has never been simply to provide a place to stay. We want every North Ridge Escape to feel considered, comfortable, and memorable. It should be a place where the setting is beautiful, the details have been thought through, and you can focus on what brought you there in the first place.
