  It's all here! Cooking utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes, lovely white dinnerware, salt, pepper, oil, select herbs and spices, coffee/tea bar with a Keurig coffee maker that can make single k-cups or a pot of your own favorite ground coffee.

  Dining table can comfortably seat 10, with the two upholstered dining chairs added to the ends. Additional 4-seat dining table just outside the doors on the lovely covered patio!

  This dreamy master suite is located right off the main living/dining area. Spacious and calming with beautiful natural light! We believe your sleep is very important, so all of our beds and linens are much higher quality than an average rental.

  With so many people having the capability to work remotely, we have provided a total of 5 desks throughout the house. Come stay for a while!All bedrooms have 55" TVs with Hulu Live, Netflix, and Disney + subscriptions.

  The outdoor covered patio is certainly a favorite spot with comfortable outdoor sofas, 4-seat dining table, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, gas grill, and a TV for your favorite sports and movies!

  The covered, open air seating makes for a relaxing experience every time.

  Ready to play a card game or eat a quick lunch, open the double doors from the dining room and sit at the 4 top patio table.

  The gas grill has a dedicated gas line so no going to the store for a propane tank refill. There are appropriate tools for cooking and cleaning on site!

  Vaulted ceiling entryway with stairs leading up to 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a half bath across from these stairs and the main living area is straight ahead.

  There is so much natural light that comes into the spaces!

  These amazing built in bunk beds are not just for kids! The twin XL mattresses provide a comfortable night of sleep to all!

  Each bunk has its own lamp.

  This living space is located behind the garage and can be used for additional sleeping with our queen air mattress.

  Space for the littles to have some fun! Games, puzzles, books, and toys in the cabinet.

  There is a nice front porch with 2 chairs for conversations and people watching from above!

  Lots of ways to enjoy this house, and having a morning cup of coffee on the front porch is just one of them!

  Bring a friend to the front porch for laughter and fresh air!

  Our laundry room has high capacity washer and dryer, a sink and an emergency kit, just in case. We supply a starter amount of laundry pods and dryer sheets, both free and clear of fragrances.
• 
  Stay for a while and pack very little! Our laundry room makes it possible to wash, rinse and repeat on your wardrobe so you can pack light!
• 
  There are hampers in each bedroom closet, and also another here to help sort all the clothes!
• 
  The master closet holds the PackNPlay and linens, towels for pets and spills, iron and ironing board and extra linens for your stay!

  A spacious 2 car garage is available for you to use.

  It's an easy 5 minute walk to Coolidge Park, which is shown in this photo below the Walnut St. Pedestrian Bridge. The ideal location to explore all of the downtown Chattanooga restaurants and attractions!
