This house is located on a large private lot in the quiet and peaceful Ivy Ridge Subdivision. It is a lovely wooded neighborhood with paved roads and ample distance between houses for privacy and a peaceful serene setting out on either one of the amazing back decks.

No steep treacherous gravel roads up the side of a mountain!
